This year’s Patrolorama was nothing short of EPIC! Hosted by the awesome 1st Malvern Rover Crew in the wilds of the Stainbank District, KZN, Scouts from across the area gathered to put their skills to the ultimate test.

Ten fearless patrols. Over 80 Scouts. 25 brave adult leaders. One unforgettable adventure!

But this wasn’t your typical campfire-and-compass kind of day… oh no. Patrolorama 2025 took things up a notch with a thrilling night hike! Bases were hidden all around the local area, and patrols had to rely on their wits, teamwork, and Scouting skills to conquer challenges along the way.

From orienteering and time management to safety smarts and everything in between, Scouts battled it out under the stars — proving just how resourceful, determined, and adventurous we can be when we work together.

The Stainbank Scouts had an absolute blast exploring their suburbs like never before — turning familiar streets into secret trails and transforming the community into a massive Scouting playground. And hey, it definitely reminded everyone out there that Scouting is alive, active, and awesome!
