Let’s share some Scout Hope this Mandela Day!

Every year on 18 July, Scouts and Scouting volunteers across the country give at least 67 minutes of their time to honour our late Patron, Nelson Mandela. This year, we’re focusing on spreading Hope!
Are you prepared and ready to:
  •  Make 17 Jars of Hope, which would mean 67 warm meals. OR
  •  Give 67 minutes of service to your community, an organisation, or a neighbour.
Whether you’re packing soup ingredients into jars (find the recipe here), helping at a local shelter, or cleaning up a shared space in your community – every action counts. Let’s show Mzansi what Scout Hope looks like!

📍Don’t forget to share your photos and tell us what you did and why, add how many Scouts and Scouters took part so we can spread the news and let people know how SCOUTS SA is making a difference in our communities!
