Our National Adult Leader Training team is excited to welcome two new volunteers to the team! These two new National Coordinator roles aim to improve our service and facilitate the training journey of our Adult Volunteers! We look forward to hearing from you.

National Coordinator: ALT Programme Development Role

The aim of this role is to oversee the continuous improvement, development, and standardisation of adult training materials within SCOUTS South Africa. This role also includes reviewing, revising and updating raining content and materials in line with SSA and World Scouting policies, collaborating with our content developers and Regional ALT teams on material design, and ensuring that all materials are inclusive, accessible, and reflective of diverse adult learning styles. In this role you would further ensure alignment with the Wood Badge Framework, World Scouting guidelines, and the SSA Adult Learning Path in support of trainer and learner success.

National Coordinator ALT: Admin and Records Role

We are looking for a volunteer to provide administrative and records support to the National Adult Leader Training team of SCOUTS South Africa, ensuring all course-related documentation, training records, and ALT or Wood Badge progress are efficiently captured, stored, and reported on. This role ensures the accuracy and accessibility of training data and supports the Chair: National ALT on national reporting. This is a volunteer vacancy.
